Sentinel provides venue access control software for bars and nightclubs. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit sentinelbars.com or contact us about our services.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional bar name, and message you provide. For venue customers using the Sentinel product, patron ID data is processed according to the venue's agreement with Sentinel — document numbers are stored as one-way hashes and are not exposed to door staff devices in plain text.
How we use information
Contact form submissions are used to respond to inquiries about Sentinel. Product data is used solely to provide blacklist, compliance, and access-control services to the subscribing venue.
Data retention
Retention periods for venue operational data are configured per venue settings and applicable law. Contact form correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the inquiry.
