Bouncer scans ID
Door staff capture the front and barcode of a patron's ID. Sentinel checks age, expiration, passback rules, and the venue blacklist in seconds.

Manager approves
Ban requests land in the manager panel. Owners and managers review evidence, approve or reject, and set duration — all from a mobile-friendly PWA.
- Step 3
Shared blacklist at the venue
Approved bans sync instantly across every bouncer device at that venue. Multi-tenant isolation keeps each bar's data separate and secure.

Anti-passback
Detect re-entry attempts within a configurable window so the same ID cannot be reused to sneak someone back inside.
OCR + barcode (AAMVA)
Hybrid capture: on-device barcode decode with server-side OCR fallback. Document numbers are hashed — raw ID values never leave the backend.
Manager PWA panel
Review pending bans, manage active entries, upload evidence, and adjust staff access from any browser — installable as a PWA.
Multi-tenant isolation
Each venue is a separate tenant. Blacklists, staff, and settings are scoped by venue — no cross-bar data leakage.
